“Special Call Meeting”

January 28, 2009

The “Special Call Meeting” was called to order at 8:05 a.m. by the Honorable Mayor Don R. Emmons.

Members present:  Clemontine F. Washington, Mayor Pro-Tem; Jim H. Woods, Councilman and Henry O. Stevens, Sr., Councilman.

Councilman Woods made the motion to adopt the qualifying fees.

Pursuant to O.C.G. A. 21-2-131 (a) (1), the following qualifying fees were set

The fee schedule is as follows:

Mayor $ 324.00 (Three Hundred Twenty Four Dollars)

Council $ 162.00 (One Hundred Sixty Two Dollars)

Councilman Stevens seconded the motion.  This motion passed unanimously.

Councilman Stevens made the motion to adjourn the meeting.  Councilman Woods seconded.  This motion was passed unanimously.
